Our stay was fabulous - room was an A+ staff at three sisters cafe need to trained further - no personality felt like we were interupting them both times we dined there - buffet was fabulous - front desk personnel A +
room service and room maids more than helpful / smiley and friendly -

I would just like to say that my experience at Seneca Niagara Casino was awesome because of Jacquelyn, the cocktail server. She ROCKS!!!! Not to mention that she's HAAWWWWT! Just love her funny personality, she definatley made our visit a pleasant one!!!!

On a recent visit to Seneca Niagara Casino we had a situation where we needed to speak to a slot supervisor, unfortunately the supervisor "Shannon" was very rude and unprofessional. We will definately stay in Canada and spend our money at the Fallsview Casino!

With $2,000US my husband and I were ready to play the slots and some poker. I HAVE BEEN THERE DOZENS OF TIMES. JUST 1 1/2 HR DRIVE FROM MY DOOR TO THEIRS. THE FOOD IS AMAZING LOTS OF PLACES TO CHOOSE FROM. THE BUFFET WITH THE CRAB LEGS IS TO DIE FOR. THE STAFF ARE ALL FRIENDLY AND THE ROOMS ARE A 1. IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE MISSING. CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN.

Front desk people always treat you good. The rooms are just great. I actualy like the view from the back of the hotel looking upriver towards Buffalo. The one downside is there are no bathtubs only showers.
The food at the Blues Restaraunt is just great. Southern style food.

From the day I was brought here on my 21st birthday i've been in love with this casino! I must laugh at the people who complain that they don't win, luck shouldn't affect your review as I seem to have no problem making a few bucks while staying. The food is great, the buffet is ok. We stayed in a corner suite. The room itself was very nice, however the garbages/trash cans had not been emptied from the previous guests so we had all their garbage to deal with.
